Before proceeding, please consider using the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) program. By using the self-service Case Locator (PACER) program, the fees you will incur for requests will be substantially lower than the fees you will incur through
this online Record Request System.

50 cents per page (additional $11.00 per entire document to certify) |

This request is open to the public and is for obtaining a typed or recorded transcript of a proceeding before the North Carolina Eastern District Court. |

$70.00 for the first box requested and $43 for each
additional box requested. |
