Due to damage sustained during Hurricane Florence, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina announces the following:

- The Alton Lennon Federal Building and Courthouse in Wilmington is closed until further notice.
  The office of the Clerk of Court is temporarily located at 1717 Shipyard Blvd, Suite 200, Wilmington, NC 28403.

NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LOCAL RULES

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019



The United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina gives notice of amendments to the Local Civil Rules, Local Criminal Rules, and Local Patent Rules.  These amendments are effective January 1, 2019.  See 18-SO-6.

Local Rules Federal Rules Standing Orders
The Local Rules of the Eastern District of North Carolina govern the practice and procedure of all actions and proceedings in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina except when a federal statute or rule applies.
